New Publication in Cancer Discovery

Paris, France – Advesya, a company dedicated to developing novel therapies targeting IL-1RAP, announced the publication of new article in Cancer Discovery through its collaboration with University of British Columbia.

Publication Title: “IL1RAP antibody-drug conjugates potently target primary and metastatic disease in multiple oncofusion-driven cancers”

Our collaboration with Pr Poul Sorensen and its team from the University of British Colombia  provided  new data  showing that targeting IL-1RAP with antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) is highly efficacious to blocking both primary tumor growth and metastatic dissemination in Ewing sarcoma using multiple in vivo models.
